About BELL U

E-learning at BELL is done online at BELL University. BELL U is powered by a "learning management system" (LMS) from Desire2Learn (D2L) that hosts and runs our e-learning. BELL U provides online courses for all roles at BELL sites, and comprises one part of the complete training program for site staff.

Logging In

Those who need e-learning at BELL U will automatically be e-mailed with their login credentials. If you have an account already, you may log in using the following:

  • URL: www.BELLelearning.org
  • Username: your full e-mail address
  • Password: bellpass [you'll be asked to change this after first logging in]

If you have an account and have logged in previously, your password will be whatever you set it as. If you're unsure of your password or need to reset it, please click the Forgot Password? link on the login page.

Technical & customer support for BELL U is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Staff can get in touch three different ways:
